These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all iOS applications published by Chad Pickard, including DoseSteady, Pocket Register, Camera to Files (Shot2File), Bills Due Tracker, Debt Payoff Sprint, HomeProof, and Best Hour Weather (each an "App," collectively "Apps").
By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
Each App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features ("Pro"). Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not have access to your payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
DoseSteady is a personal organizational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication reminders, refill tracking, and health insights are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding medications, dosages, and schedules. Do not rely solely on this app for medication management decisions.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chad Pickard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All Apps store data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes. See each App's Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
You agree not to misuse the Apps or use them in any way that violates applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps except as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Chad Pickard resides, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
